I recently cooked some chicken breasts for a friend and me. I used Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Steak Magic seasoning and cooked them in butter. The seasoning imparted a great, slightly spicy flavor to the meat. Next time I will add more seasoning.
Chef Paul Prudhomme makes Emeril Lagasse look like a chump. Bam this, you hack!
