Yes, this is still Thai Week.
Pad see ew gai. Delicious! Gai is Thai for chicken, in case you wanted a brief explanation of what you put in your mouth last time you went out.
Pad see ew has winde rice noodles and a slightly sweet gravy, which I doctored with hot peppers, soy sauce and a bit of vinegar. In one bit i got the full range of Thai flavors: sweet, spicy, salty and sour. It’s like a gastronomical parade of sensations right there in your gaping, drooling maw. Heaven, I tell you. Heaven.
