Homemade Corned Beef Hash

This is how you do it, Parkway Deli. I took this photo last March, when Beautiful Fiancee and I had leftover corned beef hash. The recipe is pretty simple. Start with leftover corned beef and potatoes. Get you an onion. Chop up the corned beef into small pieces, make the onions and potatoes about the same, put it all in a skillet, and fry it in butter at low heat until it is golden brown. Bada bing, bada boom – you got hash. I like mine with runny-yolk eggs.
If you need a recipe, Simply Recipes has a pretty good one. This is easy and probably the best way to use leftover corned beef, at least in my book.
